Keto Sweetened Condense Milk Bread

Ingredients:
For the Bread:

2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk:

1 can (13.5 oz) coconut cream
1/4 cup powdered erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk:

In a saucepan, combine the coconut cream and powdered erythritol over medium heat.
Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and reduces in volume by about half.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool completely.
3. Make the Bread Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then, add melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
4. Bake the Bread:

Pour half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Drizzle half of the keto sweetened condensed milk over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter over the condensed milk layer.
Drizzle the rest of the condensed milk over the top of the batter.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the condensed milk into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Cool and Serve:

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve the keto sweetened condensed milk bread. Enjoy!
