Keto Sausage Gravy
Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage (sugar-free)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other low-carb milk alternative)
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickening)
Instructions:

Cook the Sausage:

In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled. Do not drain the fat.
Add Dairy:

Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, almond milk, and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Season the Gravy:

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Thicken the Gravy:

If you prefer a thicker gravy, sprinkle in the xanthan gum while continuously stirring. Cook for a few more minutes until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.

Spoon the sausage gravy over the freshly baked biscuits and serve warm.
