Ingredients:

For the Grinder Sandwich Filling:

  • 1/2 lb deli turkey, sliced
  • 1/2 lb deli ham, sliced
  • 1/2 lb salami, sliced
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sandwich Wrap:

  • 4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or iceberg)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Grinder Sandwich Filling:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the deli turkey, ham, salami, and provolone cheese. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the meats and cheese, and toss until everything is evenly coated.

2. Assemble the Sandwich Wraps:

  1. Lay out the large lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  2. Divide the grinder sandwich filling evenly among the lettuce leaves, placing it in the center of each leaf.
  3. Add the sliced pickles, red onion, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on top of the filling.

3. Roll the Wraps:

  1. Carefully fold the sides of the lettuce leaves over the filling and roll up tightly, like a burrito. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

4. Serve:

  1. Serve the Keto Grinder Sandwich wraps immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
